Dinnertime
Almost dinnertime, almost. Well since surgery dinner time is a long and drawn out procedure. Tonights menu is tomato soup mixed with a little beef broth (for flavor) and some yogurt. I have about 1/2 my protein in for the day and this should meet my "quota", As a weight loss patient it is recommended I have 75 grams of protein for many different reasons. Protein is recommended to help with building lean muscle mass, versus fats, also keeps hair from failing out, and promotes healing. (wounds) I have noticed that of my 6 surgical incisions, I do not recognize traditional stitches but more or less something that resembles "super glue" Dr Kramer advised me not to add any lotion or cream to my wounds and they not hardly noticeable. Sure you can see them but they look like they will fade away fine. More later...
