Two Weeks Post Surgery

What a difference from 2 weeks ago. It is so weird to not be hungry. In the past I would eat because I was bored. Now that can't be done. With my gatric bypass (sleeve) I would say I can now hold between 5-6 ounces of food or liquid at a time. Any more than that you get a feeeling of fullness and a slight pain feeling of being bloated. Now with tomato soup I can get down about 6-8 ounces at one time but takes llike 20 minutes. Sugar free pudding abut 5 ounces. When drinking anything no longer can I gulp down a big size drink. Maybe 6 ounces maximum which I have to sip for several minutes to quench my thirst. It is so different from the past 39 years and all of a sudden changing in a 2 week period. As far a feeling better I do feel better, no pain from after the surgery, I have been af pain medication for more than a week. I have a total of 7 incisions on my belly from the surgery and all seemed to be healing nicely. I have been walking everyday trying to increas ethe amount each day or at least every other day. I have doctors appointmnet Wednesday and plan on going back to work November 10 if my doctor (surgeon) says it would be okay. More later.....
